iTunes plug in question...

I am trying to give iTunes a fair shake as my music manager \ player of choice.

From what I can tell, there is no way to play WMA's in iTunes. I've just about given up on that one. (I am duplicating my entire WMA collect on my other machine as I type this... taking quite a while to convert 4500 files from WMA to MP3. 54 hours and counting... :eek: )
Couple of things I'd like iTunes to do, like having a minimal player in the tool bar that shows details about what's playing... etc...

Is there one out there that will allow me to control \ launch music from the tool bar?

Also, what is your favorite plugin (non-visual, pretty colors don't do much for me ;) )?

perhaps this isn't the best info cuz i don't know the name of it, but i definitely have seen toolbar control plugins for iTunes ;).
And no... iTunes cannot play WMA files, but it can now import/convert them to AAC/MP3.
