BigBoss is already in Cydia as default.

PreferenceLoader is right in the BigBoss & PlanetIPhones repo which is installed in Cydia by default.

Did you do a search for this in Cydia ?

So I have prefloader and lockinfo but it isn't showing up on my lock screen. Theres some icons at the top of the lockscreen but thats it. Any ideas?

Are you trying to get a lockscreen theme going ?

If so, there is alot more to it than what you did.
