I created a ringtone in Garage band that was 30 seconds long, but when I tested it on my iphone, it went to voicemail after only 21 seconds. Is there a way to get my phone to play my song longer before it goes to voicemail?

There is a post somewhere around this forum where i learned about it, but I can't find it. So I googled "att extend ring" and found the same thing on a BB forum.
Just dial this, it's an access to att to change the number of rings a person hears before voicemail (i'm sure you can call customer service too to do the same thing if you're too scared/lazy).
*61*XXXXXXXXXX**N#
where XX's are your phone number, and N is the number of seconds (from 5 to 30) you want it to ring before going to voicemail. I think N can only be in increments of 5.
I think this might be a solution.

I found this on an AT&T message board (http://forums.wireless.att.com/cng/board/message?board.id=voicemail&thread.id=8366):
1. On your phone, dial *#61# and click Send.
2. Some information should be displayed: number that the calls are being forwarded to and the delay before the forwarding engages.
3. Write down the number (including +1)
4. Dial **61*+1xxxyyyzzzz*11*30# and hit Send. +1xxxyyyzzzz is the number you wrote down previously, 30 is the delay in seconds. The delay can be set in 5 second increments, 30 is maximum.
5. Dial *#61# to verify that the new settings are active.
