Feedback on Banner for Speckproducts.com plz

Hey so i made this banner in a few minutes and would appreciate it if you gave me some feedback on it, its for Speckproducts.com.

Well my banner was chosen and i won what ever i want from speck (: sweet. i dont know what they picked yet but ive sent them newer version so..

Use a heavier font, its a bit hard to see on a large monitor. Be careful on the right where the gradient gets lighter, some of the text gets very hard to read over there, specifically the K in "Speck" and the end of "shell."

You could probably get rid of the logos at the bottom and expand your text into that area.

OK ive changed the background, would this be better? and then to change some text?

I personally would change the font of the "see thru hard shell case" text. It right now is hard to read.

Congratulations on winning. Whatever you get, make sure it wasn't dropped like the images in your banner.

Nice, but what does it look like when you compress it to under 30k?

The second one but the font is terrible (see thru ... etc). It is impossible to really read and when compressed it will look even worse.

Font is wayyyyyy too hard to read....

The thing looks really nice, and it may serve well for the purpose (techie site I am assuming, so they will have generally faster connections), but to get the size low enough, it will look like crap compressed.

Love the background, but I doubt it will look great when compressed.

Company name is not displayed prominently enough, imo.

I'm not a fan of the way the gradient flows. I'd try a more subtle radial gradient. I also am not a fan of the light text.
