The linked thread says it's for the iPod Touch 3G. Does this also apply to the 3GS? I didn't see anything in the post that indicated it did.

Did you see his newest post that says:

cpich3g Further to my last post, the 3gs 3.1 jailbreak does not apply to OTB or non-downgradable 3.1 device

Big, big, bummer. I'm thinking it's going to be a long wait for those of us on 3gs 3.1.
