Unable to add Canon IP (UFRII) - Canon ImageClass 4150

Hi. Before upgrading to 10.6, the driver worked fine. After upgrading, the printer disappeared from my printer and fax preferences. When I try to add again, there's no response after I had the right IP and clicked add.

Please advise me? Thanks!
