So I have a jailbroken 3GS on 3.1 and was curious if it is possible to activate the MMS feature?

Connect your phone to iTunes and update the carrier settings. Then you'll have MMS.

Hit update button in iTunes, carrier update should be selectable.

I apoligize, I just now noticed the camera icon. Duh. 😱
