Based on CPU and HDD, this looks like the lower end "Rev B". I suspect the DDR2 is a typo. They are trying to unload old stock.

For the 1099 price point I got the Rev A - 1.8/64GB SSD - which I absolutely love and the price difference was enough for me to go with the original high end rather than the rev B - MacMall does not tax me :) and Apple well - does - so that saves me around $100.

But it is an okay deal - if you have the cash the Rev B at 1349 from the refurb store is the way to go - double the hard drive space from the Rev A and a real graphics card.

The $400 difference is really what's hanging me up. Guess it's the thought of just having the mobile machine....not the big heavy processing machine, that's what the pro is for.

On the other hand, apple refurb has a 15 inch macbook pro for $1299.

Yikes, I hate options!
