There is no flash version for iPhone. Doesn't look like it's coming soon either.

Download yxflash from cydia. It allows you to play .flv (flash video), .avi, .wmv, and HD H.264 videos on iphone with No converting!

No, but if you use safari download manager then you can download those flash videos and view them in yxflash. Or you can visit the sites from the yxflash app and stream the flash from the app.

But that would be your ONLY option that will play flash on the iphone!!!
