Microsoft Office de-install

Does anyone know where the authorisation for Office exists onder OSX?

We have new site licenses and we can't de-install the originals to clear the serial numbers, every time we re-install, it comes up under the old serial number.

Any ideas?

I do not have an answer for your question, I am just a simple newbie, infact I have an MS Office 2004 problem I am looking for an answer for.
Yesterday I uneventfully installed MS Office 2004 and later in the day I had to do a clean reinstall of OS 10.3.3 and later upgrade to 10.3.4. Post OS reinstall the computer is refusing to accept the installation code for office.It says I should verify that the code is the correct one and refuses to install. I swear it's the only copy of office I have and was working prior to reinstall of Panther. I was wondering whether there is some folder somewhere in Panther that I need to poke at?
