Umm there was an app from cydia that made your jb iPhone back to stock settings so someone can play games etc. Anybody remember that? Is so what is it called again and what's the source for it? Thanks in advance...

Swapmode or swap mode. Just search swap in Cydia.

You can always use SBSettings to boot boot into safe mode, which turns off all the Jailbroken mods.
