What were they going to use that data for anyway?

" Look at Apple's profit margins! This is why we deserve to sell OS X so we can sell to the low end market!"

Apple should show them the margins on OSX software. Sub zero, I'd imagine.

What would be more interesting is to see Psystar's margins. Can't be much if they really do pay full retail for every OSX installation.

I think their CEO would claim that they lost those records just like with the ones that prove that they legitimately acquired OSX. I agree - they are a toxic company. Honestly who would want to get close to a company whose business model almost guarantees a lawsuit?
