Someone Help Me Iphone Stuck In Recovery Trying To Jailbreak!

Hi i have a non- jailbroken at&t iphone that i was trying to upgrade/jailbreak/unlock with cutom 3.0 firmware. The itunes goes into recovery mode but freezes on preparing iphone for restore and then gives me the 1604 error... Please someone what should i do upgrade to official 3.0 first?? I'm a newbie

Personally, I would upgrade to 3.0, then JB 3.0.. that's just me.. realistically there's no point in JB any previous firmware if you're going to go to to 3.0 and eventually 3.1

Isn't this about the 3rd or 4th thread you've started about JB this same phone ?
