Blackra1n.com this is the place to get the new 3.1 JB when it comes out. He was going to release it today but ran into problems, so it must be coming soon.

yeah I can't wait for it. I don't have an iphone (i have an ipod touch 2g) and I stupidly updated to 3.1 thinking there was going to be a jailbreak.

Me too, my 3gS is already JB on 3.1 and im waiting for a Jb for my 2g iPod on 3.1 otb.
