Need Help Recovering Iphone Safari Bookmarks

Hello everyone. Yesterday I restored my iPhone for the first time yesterday and all went well when I restored from backup. I got all my texts, notes, contacts etc EXCEPT my safari bookmarks. I really need these back. I was wondering if anyone knew a way in which maybe a program could read the iPhone backup file and pull the bookmarks backup from it and I could sync them to the iPhone??

Any other suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
