My Position simplified:

Iraq War=Bad, duplicitous, arrogant,irresponsible and in many ways illegal.

US MIlitary=Skilled, over-streched, frustrated, complicit to Policy makers/Administration.

Administration=see #1 (but put in BOLD letters for emphasis).
