Help with sticky footer

Hello -

I'm trying to make my footer a sticky footer, but it doesnt seems to work for me

Is there anything i can do with my footer so i can get it to stick to the bottom of the page

Here's the addy for a quick reference of what i mean:

For expample if you clic in any of the interior pages you'll see that there's a little bit of blue background that shows at the end and also the footer sticks all the way up.

What i'm looking to accomplish is basically this:

to keep my footer all the way down there and to make it only as big as i the text it has.
