I have an iPhone 3GS and an Alpine iDA-X001 headunit in my GLI. I have the Alpine OEM cable connected to the iPhone (which is mounted on the vent) and my audio plays perfectly through the speakers. What i'm after is being able to watch a video (or play some sort of video) and have the audio play through the speakers. I've tried everything I could think of, and the audio will play, but the video nevers displays on the screen. As soon as I unplug the cable, the audio/video plays like normal on the iPhone.... Any ideas?
