up to you. i havent personally as the wi-fi connectivity problem still exists. my 2.1.1 ipod runs just fine. if it aint broke and all that.

saying that, more and more apps are dedicated to 3.x, so think about it.

It's a measly $5 now, not like $20 or $10 like the previous updates.
