Camera not working on Macbook Pro

When I open up photo booth, it gives me a black screen with a big slash through a camera. I'm assuming that the computer isn't recognizing the camera. Any ideas?

Check if iChat or iMovie recognize the camera. If not showing up in either, resetting the SMC will usually bring it back. Otherwise you are probably looking at a repair.
