A few questions (just jailbroke for the first time)

Can I still sync via iTunes?
I installed via PwnageTool, and I was just wondering if apps I install via Installious will try to sync?

I don't want to mess anything up should I ever need to restore back to a regular firmware.

That topic isnt really condoned by people here (including me) but use appsync

you should pay developers though for the time they spend developing apps.
