Upgraded to Family Pack, Now how do I add a user?

I have been using a single user pack of Mobile me for a few months. I decided to upgrade to the family pack. I just upgraded, but how do I add a new user. I want to be the admin and create the new user. How is this done. Seems so simple but I cant figure it out. Thanks

Log into www.me.com->Click the settings icon->Account options on the left->Under upgrades for family pack there should be a link to setup account.
