View Full Version : I registered Kim Jong-Il's email address at official DPRK web portal

The DPRK recently launched an official state web portal. Apparently Kim Jong-Il is an "avid web surfer."

This site has a lot of somewhat surreal propoganda and was created by the Korea Computer Centre. The KCC is described by the DPRK as a response to Silicon Valley. Most people in the defense sector say the KCC is a flimsy cover for North Korea's cyber warfare division.

One of the features of the site is webmail. Since "kimjongil" was already taken I decided to use the classic username formula of "First Initial plus Last Name" therefore I registered the username "kjongil"

I can now be reached at kjongil@kcckp.net :p

Any bets as to when the North Koreans take notice? ;)

The English version of the site: Naenara-DPRK (http://www.kcckp.net/external_e/)
