Hello,
does anyone know if there is an app in cydia for a reflective dock? I wanted something that would be able to be turned off and on in winterboard. Last time I was jb'in I added a source and then downloaded a reflective dock, but there was no option in cydia to turn it on and off. Any help?

Cydia just downloads the apps, it does not manage what they do. You would have to download the appropriate manager for those custom themes and that would be either winterboard or customize or whatever the kids these days use.

Just search for "refliective" in cydia and see if any say they need winterboard.

Reflective Dock does NOT need Winterboard!
Go into Cydia, make sure you have the ModMyi source. Search ReflectiveDock in Cydia and install it.
Now, in your settings app there will be another section called Reflective Dock. Tap on it, turn it on, turn Gradient on, choose the opacity and gap between the reflection and the app you want, and you're done.
