I just got my Switcheasy Rebel (Skeleton) in the mail today. I have to say out of all the cases I've gotten it's one of my top 5.

The only problem is it has a crack in the bottom :( not cool. I emailed Switcheasy, and hopefully they'll get back to me soon.

Has anyone else had this problem with a crack/tear in the bottom? Does that happen over time?

They where quick to reply to me. I emailed them about the sagging bottom and they shipped me out 3 new pieces right away.

Really? My bottom sags a little, but I'm not sure if that's due to the crack or if it's just like that. I hope their speedy on my request.

It took around four days. Shipping was fairly quick.

I got my replacement today from Switcheasy after emailing with them last week. I sent them the picture of my defected case and they immediately sent a new one. (Emailed them Thursday got my new case today)

They have great customer service in my opinion and the case is amazing. I like it a lot. I definitely recommend Switcheasy you guys.

I just got one myself. a rebel in black. I like it just think the belt clip separate thing isnt so easy to use. it works but is a bit of a challenge learning to use.

solid protection except for the glass of curse.

my capsule rebel has no defects and is working fine atm :D
im glad to hear you got your replacement so quick.

The rebel is not rebel at all ;)... It gets saggy only after couple of weeks of usage.

I didnt know they are not even a US company, They are in HK, so I tossed the case since it probably cost me more to return it back to Hong Kong than toss it.

Not happy!:mad:
