Web Journal Ideas.

I want to start up a section on my website as a journal. I plan on posting every few nights, so I need something that can scroll, or easiliy change between posts. Does anyone have any ideas of what i should do? I have NO idea on how to do any of this. THANKS!

thanks for the idea, definatley helps. I went ahead and did a quick thing in flash. You think it will work alright? It works great for me, quick to update and everything.
