New Imacs and future GPU's?

I thought it might be interesting to talk about the current GPU offerings for iMac and possible future offerings. Its pretty amazing that Apple offers now 4 GPU options in its systems though a little sad you have to option up other things to get to the ati 4850. For a lot of folks the integrated 9400m is ok but for gamers its another story indeed. Here are 2 benches provided by the good folks at Barefeats for comparison purposes. By the way Iam in the market for a 24" and know little about the gt 120 and 130 series.

I think Apple is going to use 200M-series from nVidia. Maybe GTS or GTX 260M in high-end and 240M and 250M in middle level models

I hope not hellhammer because thats going to confuse the heck out of this GPU's situation. Can you shed any light on those GPU's you just mentioned?
