Music won't sync anymore?!

Hello all,

I was wondering if any of you has had the problem where your music from iTunes won't sync to you're iPhone. I currently am using a 3gs and it's always worked and my music has usually always synced without a problem
Seems now that it is not working anymore. Does anyone know what is going on here?

I just had to uncheck the box that said, "manually manage music and songs" and check the box that said only checked songs. Sorry please delete
