Second iphone I have had...the first was just a sim card problem I found out about after 4 weeks without a phone (never use Best Buy). My center button does not work at all so I can't switch screens...luckily the keypad works

you must have my old phone!!!

I had same problem, brought it in to Apple Store and they asked if i just wanted to have the button fixed. I was having other issues with it and told them about it, they said ok we will give you a new one. (well Refurbed one that is)
