My new iPod Touch 64GB after downloading and installing Software 3.1, will not play my iTunes purchased Videos or certain songs which I had purchased under iTunes as well. Does anyone know why that is, and what I can do to get my iPod to play them again.

edit:: after restoring and choosing not to use the backup file sorts the problem.
