Normally I charge my iPhone using the plug, but needed to charge the phone using my MacBook Pro. Foolishly I said yes when it asked if I wanted to upgrade the iPhone software. Now all I get is the connect to iTunes icon and Have tried to restore the phone but keep getting that restore could not be done "an unknown error occured 14 " I've tried both USB ports with no effect. Any ideas ??
