Hey guys I have been wanting to put roms on my Iphone for a while so I started to look up guides on how to the only problem was that most of them were ones posted years back. So I was wondering what is the best way to do this now? I have an Iphone 3GS 3.1.2 its already jailbroken. Thanks

SSH them onto your iPhone.

Make sure you own them as well. Piracy is bad.
