Jailbroke 3gs 3.0 bootloop

i just did "erase all settings and contents" as i was about to sell my 3gs, But i am not stuck with the white apple logo. i think i installed that ssh program into it. is there anything i can do now to still have a jailbroke phone?

Hold home and power for around 10 seconds (or until it turns off, but don't put it in DFU mode) and plug it into your computer. It should turn on just as normal then.

i take it i cant restore to 3.0?not done a jailbreak since i used 3.0 on itunes so im guessing the process is different now
