Is it possible to plug in my Jailbreaked iPhone into my computer and download the "hacked" apps and install them instead of doing it all on my phone?

Whats a good App source to get free Apps that has working links? Installous has been failing me.

Your jailbroken phone should pay for apps. We aren't allowed to discuss pirated apps on this forum. :)
