Changing icon row locations

Is it possible to change the position on the icon rows?

Example, if I wanted to make my icon dock (the bottom row that doesn't move when you go to the next page) go a bit lower down on my screen, is it possible?

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but one solution is to edit your dock icons. This is what happened when I increased the canvas size above the icon to 100px. You would then have to edit the info.plist to either drop the icon names down or hide them.
