I wouldn't count on it. VPC uses some pretty low-level stuff, and Classic is good for most stuff, but not the really nitty-gritty low-level-accessing sort of apps. I'm guessing it probably wouldn't work.

Also, remember this is VPC 4. Latest is 6, and 7 is coming soon.

No, the "normal" version of Virtual PC 4 was Mac OS 9 only.
There was a "Virtual PC 4 Test Drive for OS X" which was a Beta for existing Virtual PC 4 owners, which ran under Mac OS X 10.0.4.

Virtual PC 5 is the first Mac OS X version, but can also run under Mac OS 9.

Virtual PC 6 is the best OS X version.

BTW. VPC does not run in Classic.
