I tried Blackra1n on my 3.1.2 3G last night and it just sent it to recovery mode. I had to reboot it to get it back to normal. (MBP 10.6.1)

Can you "screw up" your iphone to where it's bricked with no options? I already use 3.1.2, so I don't care about unlock.

just re try it , i did it my first time last week and it was simple, really just read read read read read and watch youtube videos!!!!! i watched 2-3 of the same thing by different users so i knew it was the right that to do. just try it again..

ps. they said it may take a few times on the regular 3g.
