Everyone's opinions differ, but some things seem to be easier to agree on than others. Like if a song is catchy. See, you don't have to be saying it has any artistic merit necessarily, it just has a great melody. So what do you think?

For me, it would have to be Semi-Charmed life, by Third Eye Blind

(100th post! Whooo!)

Take a chance, take a chance, take a-take a chan-chance, take a chance, take a chance, take a-take a chan-chance... :o

Hope people know what song I'm talking about. It's so annoying yet so catchy at the same time.

Same with When I Kissed The Teacher, also by ABBA. Absolutely ridiculous songwriting with godforsaken backing vocals which, after you understand what they're even saying, you can't get out of your head. WANNA HUG, HUG HIM, WANNA KISS HIM, WANNA KISS HIM. :D

Dead End Friends, by Them Crooked Vultures (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc4aqr9uLBA). I am completely obsessed with this song now and wish I had decent, non-bootlegged audio of it. Album comes out in a month so I guess I can survive that long. :)

Well it depends, currently the song I have stuck in my head is Garbage - When I Grow Up (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpQccQy5fnw). I consider pretty catchy, lol.

Every time I go to T.G.I. Fridays I get a new song stuck in my head.

At the moment, I can't get Rihanna's chorus to "Hard" out of my head. It's also one hell of a workout song.

Here's something for you to try out... in a crowded place, start whistling the first few notes from "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly". ;)

There are a couple of remixes of the a cappella version from Glee. I think the show is kinda lame, but I really dig these dance versions!

Am I the only one who has become recently obsessed with the Lion King soundtrack? I find it one of the most expertly composed of all of the scores I've heard. (referencing not only the memorable songs, but also the orchestral pieces in the background courtesy Hanz Zimmer) this one (http://www.pridelands.ru/music/tlk/06.The_Lion_King_-_This_Land.mp3) is particularly awesome given the bass is turned up
