Alright, I was interested in a RAM upgrade and I saw that from crucial it was about 100 dollars for 2 2gb sicks. I was wondering if anyone found anything cheaper.

Memory discussion here usually leads to OWC or Crucial. I don't think you'll go wrong with either. I like OWC, but if Crucial is cheaper, that's not a bad route.

Does new 21,5 iMac supports 16gb ram (does it have two or four slots) or this is only valid for 27 inchers?

anybody have suggestions with pricewatch? There's someone advertising the 4 gb upgrade (2 2gb so-dimm's) for $20 less than owc.

Just want to confirm this

They have 4 slots. If you look at the Apple specs, you can upgrade to 16gb RAM.

The 21.5 inch iMac can take upto 16GB (4x4GB) beacuse it has 4 slots for memory just like the 27 inch? I saw the web site offer an upgrade to 8GB (4x2GB). But I want to be sure that I was interpreting this correctly.

Thanks for the help.
