Hey.
Just been handed a couple of .nrg images from a lazy friend of mine. Someone please tell me there is an app out there which can help me convert and mount these things with Disk utility?
I've tried rudimentary Googling and VersionTracker'ing, and I still can't be bothered to send it over to the PC. I may have to use ISOBuster under Virtual PC. Ugh!

I am not sure this is possible. I have tested it with a few utilities and done some searching. maybe someone has more info than I do, but .nrg images cannot be used with Macs.

Hi there,
NGR imagis are essentially ISO imagis. You should be able to rename them and use them as ISO. (this on PC I am not sure if you can rename them on a mac).

:cool:You can most certainly rename the files. If they are indeed ISOs, then Disk Utility should have no problem with them.
