I'm a noob, who needs some Direction... please :O)

I'm making a website for my parents jewellery store.
just a small web page with maybe 50 items.

I know how to use Flash and photoshop but i dont know the first
thing in adding "Shopping Carts" to a web page.

Is this an easy thing to do?
is there templates or something that i can use???

not sure about with flash, but you could check out Magento Ecommerce, or use wordpress and the plugin wp-ecommerce... Might be worth a google.
