are there any hacks available to disable a2dp on a 3GS? Even when my iPhone is connected in the car via dock cable, if the speakerphone is activated, the music automatically switches to the BT speakerphone. 😡

Turn off bluetooth. SBSettings has a bluetooth toggle.
 
download 'Bluetooth profile selector' in cydia. It will let you disable the a2dp for just the devices you want and you can keep the bluetooth on for the speakerphone.
