New 3GS on 3.5 firmware - can I unlock this to use it on T-Mob?

Can I downgrade this? Is there anyway to use Tmob on this phone?

the newest jailbreakable firmware is 3.1.2
the newest unlockable baseband is 4.26.08

nothing from the future is supported by ultrasn0w or pwnagetool.
