Macbook Trackpad Problem

Trying to figure out suggestions on my macbook trackpad problem. Lately without warning my trackpad has been switching applications and i cant figure out why.

Ill be using firefox and then all the sudden it will switch over to my open word document .

Any ideas ? I dont understand why it does this especially when i have one finger on the trackpad

Hmm all I can suggest is to try cleaning your trackpad and see if that makes any difference. I can't really give you advice as to what to clean it with, but something along with a lint free cloth springs to mind.

You don't have any "hot corners" assigned do you? Like the bottom right is assigned to "Command+Tab" or that sort of thing?
