file sharing mac from win7

hey so im having trouble viewing my macs as computers on my network from my windows 7 pc. I can see the pc from the macs and even send files to it. I just cant see the macs from with windows 7.... any thoughts?


EDIT: go figure... ive been working on this off and on for a few days now, and no 2 minuets after posting this i figured it out. sorry to waste time.
