is the 30" ACD ever going to be update?

Planning to get an additional 30" ACD but want to hold since the current one still the same after so many years.
Does anybody have any clue if is the 30" ACD ever going to be update again? Possible as LED?
Man, this is crazy for taking so long. 🙁
 
Apple Displays are the hardest updates to predict, mainly because they just don't update them. There is no evidence to suggest a replacement now, except that they need one. If you do buy one and a new one comes out shortly after, it will just be a matter of bad luck as rumors of a replacement have been out forever. It has been 938 updates since the last update, easily the greatest of any product, but the Buyer's Guide hasn't updated itself in a while.
