is the 100mb data limit on gophone plan enforced?

The go phone plan only has the option for a 1mb or 100mb data package at 19.99. There's no unlimited option?! Will they start charging me if I go over this? Can I hear some experiences from people before I pay 20 bucks for this and test it by watching a couple youtube videos on the wap.cingular.com apn?

Once you use the 100MB, it's pay per use and it's .01cent a Kb, very expensive when you try and go to a website. It can be $2+ just to go to one webpage.
