Concerning driver issues when running Windows 7 on a Mac,
What's better, running Boot Camp or VMware Fusion ?

Now? Fusion.
Bootcamp drivers aren't out yet for 7, but will be out before the end of the year.

I believe that you can use the Vista bootcamp drivers for 7 and anyway, for stuff like the GPU you want to download the drivers from the manufacturers site. For gaming and high power use bootcamp is better. For ease (no restart) and light use go with Fusion.
