Just jailbroke, Cydia, Rock, Or Icy!?

Just Jailbroke through Blackra1n, should i download Cydia, Rock, or Icy. Ive heard that if you install Cydia and Icy you get problems. True, or can i just download them all!?

Edit: And to get all my music and contacts back, i shouldnt restore from backup right!? Or can i!?

I have them all.
I found that there were some apps/addons that were'nt available on one, but were there on the other, all work fine.

Yes. You can restore from a backup, no worries.

You DO NOT restore to get back music and contacts. That will wipe, and unjailbreak your device. Just sync it as normal.

Cydia and Rock. But I'm thinking of removing Rock. I like the user ratings in Rock but for some reason it doesn't always show modules as being updated (Lockinfo today). However, Cydia always shows when Lockinfo is updated. It seems more reliable in that sense.
