What happened to my phone's Wifi?

yesterday, I uninstalled icy. I went into icy, installed icy again, then removed it from icy then reboot and the icon was gone from my springboard. this morning, my wifi is having problems. when i go into wifi in settings it is greyed out and says No Wi-fi!

how do I fix this??

rebooted my phone and it's alright now...phew...had me scared tight for awhile.
